Note

Physio Visit
Tightness/rotation in RHS pelvis/hip/glute. Leading to usual ITB/knee problems. Not bad but have felt it coming on recently.

Loosened lower back and hip joints. Front hip muscles (and hip flexor) weak/inactive. Don't foam roll 'tight' glute - does not help. Return in 3 weeks

Exercise:
Lunges - straight back leg but on toes, bending front leg whilst moving arms up and side to side to get front hip muscles working. Couple of mins a couple of times a day.
