Well this week was much better! No rain and warmer temps. I still loaded up my pack with jackets and gloves with memories of last week being too fresh. I climbed MTN HWY again and rode part of Leopard before bailing on a corner. I couldn't get my foot out and went down hard breaking my new shoe in the process. Thankfully I landed more on my butt than my hip as there is more cushioning there. I really need to find the time to test ride some bikes and get a new one soon. Even going down parts of Bobsled, which is very tame, aren't as fun without a dropper post.
Also couldn't have my coffee until after E-dawg and I had swimming and then picked up some groceries.....I was DYING by the time I got home. No no, I'm not addicted :)

Getting old sucks. So tight and stiff in the morning. Back, hams and hips need this more often.

Boot camp with the mamas. Good circuit today. I was aiming to ride the trainer while E-Dawg napped but for some reason I could barely keep my eyes open so I actually fell asleep instantly when I hit my bed for 40 minutes before getting up and waking E-Dawg up to get Wee from school. Not exactly a workout but still needed.
