Mittagsrunde; ZH-Adliswil-Buechenegg-Stallikon-Waldegg-ZH. Intensiv an der Buechenegg. Zeit war 12:02, ca. 1:30 langsamer als die PB. Die Beine waren müde, aber trotzdem... .

Ähnliche Runde wie gestern, nur lockerer. Bin dieses Mal den richtigen Längeberg Trail gefahren, 1.9km High Speed Flowtrail! Der Muskelkater im Gesäss und Beinen hat sich verstärkt , zu Beginn konnte ich kaum fahren.
