600 (7’) 10x200 (90”). 1:27 for the 600, then 28-29 for the 200s. 600 was decent, went through in 57-8 ish so on pace then must of died on the last 200. Could have pushed more but was wary about the 200s. 200s were calm, easy pace.
Knee was bugging me most of the day and was worried it was gonna be cooked for the session but didn’t notice it when I got going on the warm up, felt it slightly on the strides, but after that no problems and no pain driving home or this evening so all good.

SLR on a beautiful day. Conversation pace to finish off a more restful week. Generally been feeling quite drained but that’s to be expected because of going back to school. Hopefully feeling better next week.
Loughborough uni interview day / offer day today (had to move it till after the JK…). Didn’t make it back in time for training, was thinking of going for a tempo but just felt knackered so resting up after yesterday and the weekend.
