slept:6.5 shoes: Nike Downshifter 8

10.5 km at 60 min. Sleep quality was mediocre; not long enough but couldn't sleep any more. Right foot at 80% after last Thursday's treatment. Not much bother from left leg "hamstring" behind knee (tendon towards outside of leg).

Sore right foot from yesterday's wart treatment: more heel strike, overall gait was offset; sore "hamstring" towards outside of leg and behind/above the knee joint. Foot drop/flop starting to come one during last 5 minutes.

Small blister on outside of right heel. Left heel is tender. Minor general tenderness in both feet but should be back to normal soon.
Patch of skin starting to lift off from wart treatment on sole of right foot - there was some discomfort during the hike, even with a large adhesive bandage covering the area.
Shoulders/back feels alright, better than the previous ruck. Working out tomorrow should pose no problem.
