Made out door gym from hospital ,did weights ,then excellent trees at the back the 19 secs with rest to 30 secs 10 rest then 10 more ,

Run out of Fawsley uphill struggled ,got a bit better later ,ned certainly running better ,doubled back which worked well,found Liz and Bruce at Fawsley church thank goodness checking my mapping ,poor error on my part

Do 5 km around playing field as andrew injured him doing outdoor gym,disappointing time ,felt sluggish ,found hill hard work 12 times
Note background anxiety of health

Varying but bleep test failed at 20 m so kidding myself at home ,but my system better on lawn.Instead did sets of 10 very hard
