Cryo Therapy
Bitterly cold and wet, but a daylight run and good headspace time. Felt ok. Left hamstring niggling, occasional grumbles from right calf, left knee weak on downhills.

Cold porridge
Only way i can describe the conditions underfoot. So sloppy and wet. Not grip, even in mudclaws. Lost my feet quite a few times and ended up in the snowy mud. Beautiful though
