Ascent on Haeckel downhill trail. 1:03 for ascent (2.8 miles). Stopped for breath x3. Felt good - no pain. Glad to get this workout!

5.25 miles on quickie, sparky, midnight run - hip felt great. So good to be running pain free. Rethinking raven. Then run bike with J. Hiking behind him on ups & running downs & flats. Felt great.
