Track session - Replying around the 2:49 mark nothing special tonight

Legs feeling fatigued but rate controlling factor was the pasta I ate before the session. Was so hungry after work that I had no choice but made for a horrid session.

Travelling back from Scotland. Despite not much running this week lots of time on feet and long days in the mountains that I think will have been really beneficial for me.

Back out on the fell. Wind was seriously high (50-60mph winds). Went up the ridge which I enjoyed despite the wind then a tough descent across steep ground and snow. Finished off with some quicker trails.

Aweful weather so no more Mountaineering. Instead time for some fell running...in storm Dennis. Absolutely grim weather and got very cold when I ended up falling through the snow up to my waist in a river.

A big day out on Stob Coire Nan Lochan. An absolute fabulous assent via easy ridge. Some very technical short climbing sections. We soloed these moves but was a little unnerving when the guide in the group behind us started ropeing up. Still happy with our approach as wasn't outside my comfort zone.
