DNS - Had we still been running on the originally proposed map I would have put myself through the pain (and embarrassment of coming last) - but I was not interested in even trying to get my body around this hill :(

I knew my leg was getting bad - but omg, I had no idea it had reached this stage of badness... once I hit the hill in the qual I lost all momentum and could hardly run for the remainder of the course. And then in the final it hit the wall big time at control 13, I had nothing there to give
