Rare rest day on a Sunday.... had all intentions of running for an hour in Canberra but felt terrible when I woke, then thought I’d run to the training but the rain started (and didn’t look like stopping) so after an hour training was canceled- settled for catch up, coffee and cake at Shannons :) when we got back to Wagga it was hot and I could not have been bothered

First control exercise @ Black Mountain for the WaggaRoos training camp, went out after everyone and went solo (was a pairs exercise), had no real idea of the exercise and ended up doing a 180 out of one of controls... oops... focus next time

Peg race @ Black mountain, tried to match it with the 15yo boys for the first few controls and was shattered and then unfortunately (for them) they stuffed the 4th control so got ahead and ended up getting the most pegs

Brought in controls after the first exercise (map walk) and then put out half the controls for the night o on Bruce ridge... unfortunately around 8pm when the night o was to start the rain finally decided to start :(

Lunch intervals. Left work a bit later than usual as had to break my policy of reentering the office once I’m in my ‘active wear’ - as was get messages from my manager in Newcastle which I had to attend to asap - so 20mins of active wear working and I was out the door
