Ankle felt better after last night but probably pushed it a little too far in basketball in PE so decided not to train
Don't know how the weekend's going to go after not running for a week.

Took it gentle and didn't do the second hour.
Had to adjust my kick to an odd lopsided thing that was really slow and annoying but reduced most of the soreness.

Upper body and abs so kept the weight on.

Legs and Glutes
Reduced the weight right down and focused mainly on my technic. Tried out lots of new moves that I mixed up with Anwen's.
Gonna ache tomorrow :(
Would've been a rest day anyway but the ankle is feeling ok now. Not back to full strength so going to take it easy in the gym tomorrow.
Ankle not as swollen but still pretty sore when walking. Ice and elevation still going strong
