4 x (300m hard, 100m wog, 200m hard) Wore full waterproofs as it was a bit nippy but felt pretty schnell anyway sipping out some 46sec 300's which is kinda fast for me. Got trashed by the 55 year old man, the myth, the legend; Adrian, on the last set but still sub 50 and 30 which aint to shabby by my reasoning. Included WU/WD on watch, my Wog wasn't that slow.

Feeling a bit stronger I think, although Scrumpy kept on trying to push me over whilst I was attempting to hold side-plank which was really tickley, but she definitely made me have to work harder, more to stop getting the giggles than any thing else.

Proper solid run with good running and happy nav. Got stuck in a bush twice and took a longer path route but only lost a wee bit of time... So v. pleased basically:)
