10 x 200m (200m) focusing on form, apparently mine has improved a lot throughout the year which i’m very happy (and a bit surprised) about!

kept it comfortable as calf was feeling tight which shows I must have really battered it on saturday, then home for a massage from mum:)
finally got some hr stats that look semi-accurate yay!
taken a couple of days off as L upper hampstring / hip flexor has been feeling really tight since Saturday so trying not to aggravate it
