4 loops at monarch woods. first one walking fast and easy jog uphill. next 3 skipping on flats, some knees up on light uphill or flats ( 40-60m), and run uphill, fats walk downhill. that mix and match got me some sort of effort good for these days- abdominal pain less than 10%. (couple ) few times got that pinched tendon inside my knee reminding me that i am not ok

around +2C went out for a fast walk ( 22.30 for 2.5k) and then i start skipping. yeap and since it didn't hurt -i went like that all the way home. Val thought that was too funny. i managed to sweat a bit.
