Junior Sprint Selection Race - Lancaster Uni
Felt really slow right off the bat both in speed and decision making. Like I was pushing hard but felt in control all the time. Made multiple route choice errors on #2, #3 and specifically #10 where I lost 45s, also very hesitant and planning ahead was non existent. Overall just a really poor race.
