Knee felt fine.

I'm allowed one run a week and this was probably as much as I could take.
Starting to feel the knee towards the end, but I was fine after.

I added weight (kettle bell) to the squats and did 12 reps of everything.
Also started my quest to do pull ups. Managed 4 with bands.
