Easy loopy run home from tt

Felt good even with the fairy high pace. Happy with that I felt pretty dead before hand. Hr quite high bit felt easy

Plan was to do the whole ~12k of it but after the third hill I ran out of energy so called it a day there. Bit disappointing but happy I stopped there as my cold don't feel great

Epping forest - Blue - 1st

Felt great speed wise and moving along quickly but controlled. Navigation was a bit lazy making a few silly errors:
- Missing the path on 8
- Being too low on 9
- Over running 17 after not taking a good enough bearing spending ~1:30 relocating and finding it again

Positive signs though :)
