MWOC Christmas Sprint O, really enjoyable with few mistakes so orienteering training really working. Struggled a bit on the steep hills but recovered quick, time to start with some intervals and hills now my knee is ready.

Good turn out for the last Circuits session before Christmas. Knee feeling good and managing to do lots of box jumps so still have plenty of power.
