5x 200 crol with 100 pullboy in the first two reps (bad idea, knees sore)
Being a bit stupid and now I have v sore knees. Missing again intervals tomorrow as I do not think knees will be 100% okay for that, so yeah, another week I miss training, meh. Anyway, better to rest now than to be even more stupid and run and just make it worse... Hopefully they will be okay for Big Weekend, but if not, no rush. Starting training week from next week on!

Long run (aiming for 15, oops) with Alex B: to Blackford, Braids and a bit of getting lost around Mortonhall, which made us do a longer loop on more tarmac than we wanted. Having company definitely made the run so much more enjoyable and the easy pace v easy!
Arrived home with 19k on my legs so thought I could continue till 20. Knees will suffer tomorrow... haha
Also, now done as many 20km+ runs as Pedley - he's such as pussy. Jajajajajajajajajajajajaja.
