thought I should start doing some strength + conditioning for my ankles/knees and full body in general, so going to implement this at least once a week. I actually enjoyed it! Gotta change things if I want to see things different.

Not focus. Freezing feet. Both ankles sore. Horribly navigating and falling every 2-3 steps? Soaked, hot and cold putting off and on the cag. Had a look again at the map today and just making sooo many bad rooute-choices (only happy with 11-12-13). Getting worse at "this thing with a map".

15 v easy - 15 min a bit faster due to some good tunes. Ankle feeling v sore for the first 15' - why??????????

Genuinely being lazy this week :-)

Added: busy at Uni so decided to be genuinely lazy this week to let ankle/body be completely healed for the weekend. Not the result I was expecting.
