12x 1min on/off + cd. Eventually decided to create a workout in the Garmin instead of having to check each minute, first 3min on the prevs activity.
Not sure how to pace the 1min so aim was to stay under 4', but oh well... didn't feel too bad, was good to wake up the legs with a wee session:)
