Shin was feeling pretty bad today. Speed drills were fun to get going, lots of practice needed.

Felt pretty drained starting the workout, hadn’t eaten much today but feeling like I’m coming around. Tempo loop was okay, wasn’t really tempo. Felt like I could have gone quicker aerobically but just felt real fatigued the whole time. Went into 30 CD after active, kept the pace up a bit for the first 15.

Started coming around a bit towards the evening. Went for a light run, didn't feel terrible, kinda spacey and lightheaded. Slept most of the evening.
