trails with the boys this morning. felt alright once we got going; a bit slow moving over the heather... but we all know that aint my thing at sea level let alone act 2250m.

damn what sea level can do.

Same as last time with alex on the 400s (aiming for 80s) absolutely on the nose and within myself. Even out kicking him on my last one ace.

followed by 6 x 200m still moving fairly quick.

all prebrekkie too... and I usually don't work well before breakfast.

arrival in the mountains. legs felt chained to the floor ahahah. I slept well after this enormous day.
