Lancaster Uni Sprint-1st M16 (11th)
Reasonably happy with the pace but felt I wasn't pushing as hard as I should have been, as my nav was struggling to keep up. A few dodgy mistakes. Running into a dead end just after 9 and a scrappy route to 2 as I ran past the way I wanted to go and had to turn on my self. Happy to get the win though had a very stressful walk to download with Sunley who definitely put in a better shift than me pace wise.

Canford Relays -1st Inter team and time. Felt really grim before going out and my legs were so heavy but once I got out there and adrenaline kicked in it was all okay. Hopefully its like this at the weekend.
