Running in games, we did a lot of stopping waiting for the slower people and I just forgot to stop watch.
Hamstrings really tight after yesterday and Have a weird pain on top of foot which has no swelling, Which according to online (questionably reliable) It is something to do with "extendor tendinitis "...basically wearing shoes to tights today In school I spend most of the day with either no shoes on or very loose laces, and it feels a lot better so hopefully won't bother me too much.

Bok Training run- Easy on flat and downhills then razed up the hills, chill night and some very nice Fish and Chips afterwards to motivate. (I have also sorted out my HR zones so hopefully it now doesn't say that I am killing my self when doing an easy run )
