Ankle (not so much foot) was sore, concerning enough for me to miss final 90s rep, but hopefully just being hypersensitive/cautious.

New shoes (more cushioned) but might need some getting used to. Maybe also sore because it was early in the am and body hadn't woken up yet. Had meant to run yesterday but ran out of time so had to squeeze this in pre-gym.
