shoes: New red inov8 (Xtalon 212)

Steady "rest day" run over Cat Bells ridge and back along Derwent water with Cecilie (and Jeremy and Helen). Had planned to do the horseshoe with Dale Head but the wind was pretty bad so dropped down the other side instead.

shoes: VJ Bold dobbs

Middle distance style course @Colonel's drive (merged the "Ale" loop with "Whisky"). A bit dodgy on the slope traversing to find #5 but focussed better after that.

Orienteering 30:32 [2] 3.05 km (10:00 / km) +66m 9:01 / km
shoes: VJ Bold dobbs

2 training loops @ Colonel's Drive ( named Vodka and Port). Raced Luke around Vodka in reverse, took the Port a bit more steady.

Orienteering 27:33 [3] 3.65 km (7:33 / km) +112m 6:33 / km
shoes: VJ Bold dobbs

Mass start "choose your own gaffle" race (Path or crag version). Really fun even in the weather and despite making some pretty stupid mistakes towards the end on the crags.
