SIPR - Arran

A beautiful run up Goatfell - perfect weather, glorious sunrise and fantastic cloud-inversion from the top. Another amazing run.

SIPR - JURA

Managed to get a fairly decent sleep on the boat last night. Drizzling and cool on Jura, excellent running weather. Nailed the first pap, screwed up the descent of the second slightly (didn't cause much difference distance-wise but we did end up on some very nasty, bouldery scree that slowed us down) and the third went well.

SIPR - Oban

A pleasant trot around the trails behind Oban. Forgot to turn off my Garmin when we got in the dinghy, so I think the timing is right.

SIPR - Mull

Coming ashore at 17.00 and it was...hot! For the first road section I was genuinely worried about overheating.

The first road section went smoothly and so did the hill. Overshot the summit slightly on an exciting scrambly traverse (should probably have gone straight up and over the top) but nailed the rest of the nav. A glorious scree run down to the second check point, managed to lose two teams on the descent from the col and then the grind of the road back to Salen.
