sick so took it easy (had to remind myself I was taking it easy when people passed me and my instinct was to try keep up and overtake again...)

Wgtn champs XC. The course was 5 laps of a 2km loop which was a bit annoying. The course was mostly flat, and extremely muddy. I started well but faded badly, struggling through the mud in the last couple of laps. I was still going well up the hills, but there weren't enough of them. Need to work on speed.
