Southerly so slow ride in. Very Indecisive as to whether I wanted to ride but it was quite nice in the end

Long warm up because hadn't realised the start time changed to 6:30... followed by drills then 10 intervals where you had 1:20 to run as far as you could, rest for 1 min, then 1:20 to get back. Trying to take it easy, but ran harder than I meant to for some intervals...
