Easy orienteering today. Made one 15 second mistake, otherwise pretty good. Ankle felt a little sour but a rest day tommorow will have it ready for Sunday.

Ran the "Weeks Course" today in Sweden. I am extremely tired from the jet lag, my foot hurts a lil but i am going to take it easy tommorow and rest the day after that for oringen on Sunday.
