Easy orienteering today. Made one 15 second mistake, otherwise pretty good. Ankle felt a little sour but a rest day tommorow will have it ready for Sunday.

Ran the "Weeks Course" today in Sweden. I am extremely tired from the jet lag, my foot hurts a lil but i am going to take it easy tommorow and rest the day after that for oringen on Sunday.

Tough game against the best team in the league. I think we played well but it wasn't good enough.

Passing and shooting drills today. Felt a little sick at the beginning of practice probably because I ate to much junk at Canadas Wonderland. Foot hurts a little from hitting it the other week.
