Ottawa OC - Wednesday Night RALF Training

First run back after a month off, so really slow and easy.
No ill effects on my feet from the running. Still have a bit of residual background discomfort but nothing worse. Feet really havent't gotten much better over the last two weeks, i.e., stopping running only helped so much. So I'm going to ease back into running, and head back to the doc if it starts to get worse again. Time will tell...
