Intended to do an 8 mile ruck got cut at 3 I started rucking and my left foot started throbbing. Getting it checked because my foot pain is killing my training schedule for rucks.

Did two events today:
Elephant Vault I am a terrible tall person
High Bar event one I successfully got this one but I had to approach it like a shelf must work on core strength
Ran a minute faster, on a bum foot, just need to negotiate the shelf tired. Need a trick for hooking my ankle tired. The shelf is easy once the ankle is hooked.
Still have another work out this afternoon.
