One lap round the arb. Was not feeling motivated at all today, told myself that if I went I could have steak for dinner, woo, haven't had steak in ages (I might be missing NZ food). Anyway tried to push hard on the small hills.

Pushups, situps, leg raises, bridge, and some box jumps. Also did some stretching.

Rock climbing at work, some of the routes are getting a little easier.
Running 30:00  4.0 km (7:30 / km)
1km warmup. 5x400m, with 100m walk and jog rest. 1km walking down. Wasn't feeling too motivated after a long day at work. Forgot my watch again -.-
So my iron and b12 are low :/ I've been feeling really tired lately, and struggle to wake up in the morning and instead waste half of the day sleeping in. I have iron pills and b12 drops that I need to remember to take.

Ran the arb loop twice. Forgot my watch again....But was happy i got out for a run, had been taking it easy a couple of days as my hip felt a bit funny.
