Again pr drained after work, normally don't work sundays but covered a mates shift which was a bummer as the day was real nice. Was v unmotivated for today but ran to Ric Bush then to hagley and home

Somehow we made it to the volleyball semis, so some practice before the game on Thursday

Saturday May 19 #

Was pr drained after work so did a relatively easy run to South Hagley and back.

Friday May 18 #

Strength and conditioning 20:00 [3]

Had work today. Legs were still pr sore from yesterday so made my way to the gym and took it easy.

Warm up
10 x 400m with 1 minute rest (from when Brianna got back). 1:27, didn't record the second one had some watch issues, 1:30, 1:30, 1:30, 1:30, 1:30, 1:31, 1:32, 1:29. 50m of the track was super muddy from all the rain we’ve had over the past few days
Warm down

Kinda felt like my times should've been faster, I was battling with stomach cramps and also legs were not fresh (Hiked up Castle Hill Peak today with my flatmate, round trip including breaks was 5hrs 50min with like 1300m climb)

Wednesday May 16 #

Short version of the Wednesday night run as I had committed to something with friends on the other side of town. Legs didn't feel 100%

Tuesday May 15 #

Easy run to South Hagley and back to my flat.

Pool session learning how to roll. Managed to do it twice but definitely need a lot more practise
