Was going to go for a bike to see if the legs would cope with this better but alas i ran out of time. Last day of work today wooo, classes start on monday though :/ Anyway after work i had to deal with traffic to get to the drs, waited 45 min for the dr, he was running v v late, which was inconveinient as I had arranged o catch up with a mate from uni who was driving past, so that got delayed by 45 min too, and it was hot so i was getting agitated. Anyway, time just ran away on me, honestly not bummed though considering how the past few days went, hopefully tomorrow goes swell

Easy run through summer hill trails. Got cramps again like 1.5km in, honestly dont know, stopped and waited for them to pass

Motivation was lacking today. so found it hard to push hard. Got cramps throughout, had to stop after the third 1km and wait for them to get better, times were around 4 min, was hoping to be more around 3:45 but what can ya do
