Running 2:20:00 [3]

Long run ended up being way longer then I anticipated. Had a loop planned in the hills near Dillon....Nearly at the bottom of the last hill, 1 hour 15 min and come across a fence that has a no trespassing sign (was pretty tempted because i was so tired). So I had to run back the way I had come. Pretty hilly, bit of trail and off trail running. Was very tiring, but good to get out, looking forward to getting back into training. Didn't really notice my hip out there, was concerned that the run was going to be too long and make it worse. I rolled it thoroughly before and after the run, and it is doing okay.
Will take the day off tomorrow, but will be hiking and doing geologic mapping.

Quick run round the streets. Hip was good, rolled and strengthened it afterwards. Tomorrow I have a day off from mapping, hoping to go on a long run, may turn into a walk depending on the hip.

Monday May 22 #

Wasn't planning on running, but couldn't be bothered walking around doing my errands. Was pretty stop start. Hip felt good, rolled it before and after running.

Today was a rest day. Went to the ElkHorn hot springs in the afternoon for a couple of hours. Was so nice to swim after such a long time. through around a football and frisbee disc. Back to the field tomorrow to do some more geologic mapping.

Sunday May 21 #

Running 35:00 [3] 6.1 km (5:44 / km)

Ran to check out the Veterans Memorial Park in Dillon...more like paddocks than a park.Tried to focus on form. Hip felt good, rolled it before and after. Got a really sore stomach about half way through, had to stop to let it subside, came back towards the end, but its algood now :)
