Finally managed to muster some motivation after a failure of a day...
15min WU (decent effort)
Pyramid intervals. Came across them online and thought I’d try them out- 11mins total effort, with increased resistance.
Although it was only 11mins of high intensity, felt like I got a lot out of this in a short space of time. Pleased to get done!
Cycling 36:32  14.64 km (2:30 / km)
First time out on the road bike this year and love love loved it! Such a nice day. Our round the Tulloch loop with dad, but didn’t go round Loch Garten because of time. Defo want get back into biking a bit more :) Was longer than this, but forgot to turn on my watch for the first few km.

Friendly against Fort William.
Keen to get on for the second half, so went out hard, then kinda died... felt really good though, and a lot of fun. Thrashed them 44-14.

Sore hip the past few days, but thought it would be fine once I got going- thought wrong! Quite sore on impact, so ditched my idea of doing a TT after the warm up, and just went and did some drills.
Got a netball match tomorrow, so will see how that goes!
