Orienteering 1:01:54 
Walked round again, with the intention to turn it into a map memory sorta exercise. This worked well, and forced me to get a lot more from the map when I glanced at it. Horrendous weather, such bad snow/rain/hail so my legs went numb (didn’t really notice until I did a Megan and slammed my knee into a log), but all good bants.
Good fun, and the masses who retired just need to toughen up ;)

Pre-school with Jo. Was actually in for longer butwhen a parent and two young kids came into the fast thing, it’s fair to say things slowed down a little... enjoyed this :))

Form felt good tonight, right side (gammy foot side) balance is defo worse than left tho so when I start running a bit more might check with physio to see what I can do for preventing this causing any related issues!

Easy run round some tracks in Nethy. Foot felt goood but still being very cautious! Legs actually turning over ok considering how little running I’ve done since October.
