Orienteering race 43:33 [4] 4.91 km (8:52 / km)

Uath Lochans
Really wanted to nail this so went out hard, but making sure my navigation was solid. Started off good and managed to catch up a women at the first control. For most of the race we were going at a similar speed but some better route choices and fast descents got me ahead by the end. Felt like I was going at a decent pace through the rough terrain, which is encouraging. Only mistake was #4 where i drifted too far left but quickly relocated before I lost too much time. Great course and amazing weather. Loved it! Came 2nd on Green.

Team Challenge
6 rounds, with as many reps in the allocated time but instead of resting, we had to do static strength stuff. Was a really tough session, especially when my team mates were shouting at me to hurry up!

Basoc Training
Quiz night! Some controls had questions, and others had answers so we had to punch them in the right order. My legs had no energy after this afternoon, so struggled through the heather but before long my brain also died, so was pretty scrappy and slow, but still fun :)
