Mass start
The start was really easy, but I could punch first, than the second control was also fine. After that Mate started to lead, that didnot felt so good, but I knew I can run faster. We could build a bit of gap, that I could encrease, but I went to the 6th control beside the 4th. So I lost almost all of my lead. Than came the first butterfly, where I had different wing than Mate and he had some small mistakes so I had 15 secs lead before Leves and 1 min before Mate.
I dropped half minute to the next, so Levi catched me, but I managed again to build up a gap gainst Levi (7secs). Than I tried to encrease it seconds by seconds, and it took 65 minutes to achive my aim, to get out of his sight. After this he had a mistake, that a didnit knew, but I was selfconfident so I have done a safety run in the last 15 minutes.
All in all I am really happy with my physical perfotmance, but compared to the terrain the 2 mins of mistakes are too lot. It is promising, that I was brave enough to take the lead so early.

3.5 km warm up and cool down. Except those the training was to run 75% on the flat and downhill parts. To the end I got tired, that quite surprised me, it was maybe beacause I did not prepared well for the training by eating. Not a good sign before the weekend, but the pace was good.
