- 10 min ogrevanja in razteznih vaj v Mejci
- tek po Rakah do Kobile, 11:33
- 4 min pavze
- tek nazaj do Mejce, čas je bil slabši, saj sem morala proti koncu 1min hoditi zaradi bolečin na desni strani trebuha
- hoja do stopnic, nato 10min skakanja po stopnicah (3x sonožni skoki čez 2 stopnici, 3x skoki po eni in po drugi nogi, 3x tek po eno stopnico)
- 4x 120m teka v klanec
