Long distance. Really nice terrain today. Went good so gained some confidence after the weekend.

Started well, until the 4th control when a man stept at my shoe so I had to stop and put it on. Then lost the group and ran the rest of the course by my self. Made a big mistake at nr 10 and like 4 min bom at the rest.

1st leg doesn't suit me well.
