BL Long. Pretty tough becuase of the climb. Messed up #5 and overshot down the hill. Feeling a bit slow on the rest. Was going to do the Parkrun as well but parents didn't really want to.

WCOC Buttermere evening event. 1st half on the fell was pretty good, running decently with only a few small hesitations. Started to feel really sick after I crossed the road and so walked for most of the rest of the course. Pretty slow overall.
