York Uni Special Sprint Selection. Starteed well flowing niceley and picking better routes all the way through till crossing the bridge forr the second time. Nav started to get a bit sloppy and running intensity decreased by a bit. Think i pretty much got the right route on the long leg but it wasnt excecuted brilliantly and lost ~15secs hesitating after loosing contact.

LOC Long distance.
Pretty average stuff. Felt good on 1-3, poor route choice on #4 and binned ~45 secs, felt slow but technically right to #5 good to #6 and #7. Didn't feel like climbing up to the path on #8 and so decided to try and contour down low. Lost ~90secs. Decent down the hill and back into the woods, lost ~45secs going to 14 because i was very hesitant.
