Goal for these long runs is to not make them easy, but to push all the way and get them faster this is the only way to improve my performance in ultras.

Feeling good physically but sprint o with a head torch is quite something, definitely have to plan more as you can't just look up and run.

Missed hills this evening feeling light headed and dizzy after this morning will Do a hill session this weekend probably Sunday as I definitely need to get one in. Having an easy day tomorrow just 30 mins of orienteering still getting used to the high millage again but feeling in an okay position if I can get in 8-9 weeks of good miles and long runs ahead of south Devon ultra in Feb.

roaches fell race a 7.5 mile out and back up 3 hills so 5 climbs in total, and not easy ones either. used it can an excuse to get a long run done and was surprised to get 3d counter in the winning dark peak team. fitness is improving but still far from where i need to be but at least im on track.
