Didn't include approx. 1 km warm up or warm down. Was really hurting by the end - maybe partially from downhill skiing yesterday? Or a 12-14 km run almost all on pavement? I think I need some shoes with more cushion. Could barely walk the rest of the day legs were so sore.

Princess Park - sprint style event (except that it took me > 40 minutes. Forgot to start the watch until just after the first control. A major error between controls 5 and 6. Were those fences around 5 actually correct? Couldn't work it out and (found out after the fact) maybe the pin flag had been removed. Anyways slow to get 5 and then made a huge error and went off map and ended up between 7 and 8 before I relocated. Also 10-11 made a very poor route choice, although in my defence there was a hole in the fence that was mapped ... but was definitely not actually there anymore.
