Note

I'm feeling much more confident in sprint orienteering than one year ago. Satisfied with all my sprint performances since december.
Feeling a good flow in orienteering and running when putting the pieces together. Now time to work a bit more on my speed.
Nice to feel that I am on the right way. :-)
