Orienteering 25:00 [3]

2 x 10 minute races in the dark at waterworks. Super fun but short. I was planning to also run earlierin the day but was suspicious I had a foot stress fracture so decided to leave it and test it in the evening. It was fine so suspect I just have a case of 'renovator's foot' - which is foot pain from kneeling on the floor in a funny position for ages.
