shoes: Adidas Temp 9 Grey

Ran out and back to Lymn mainly on dirt trails. Kept pace fairly fast, but was comfortable. HR was about 77-80% max HR (about 140bpm). Feet were a bit sore in the tempos, pleased with effort. No gels, had breakfast

shoes: Kayano 25 white 2nd pair

wore new Kayanos tonight- felt very different, much more comfortable and bouncy. Did 2 sets of drills, ran around Sale WP with 7 strides. Had 15 min sauna afterwards. Wore HR monitor, HR was about 70% @ 7.40 pace.
Felt great tonight, no tightness in glute.

Ran from Saltaire, Yorkshire while Heather and Katie were shopping? had to stop regularly to read map on phone. Run was mainly a long climb with decent back to the start. It was mainly on trail, enjoyed the run.
