Running up the top of Cabeza Mediana to start orienteering some downhill intervals

3 downhills in Cabeza Mediana. A big mistake in control number 9 made me lose around 2 minutes. Another mistake in control 3, I didnt read well the attackpoint and went to the wrong feature (costed me 35 secs).
