To work. Felt hard. First I thought it was the short sleep, but... later I realized when my face and hands also got frozen without gloves, it is -14°C. Receive the gratulations before let into the factory that how crazy and stupid I am. Spent 20 minutes under the shower and crying while i started to feel my hands(pain). It will be a challenge to get back home :) .

8x800/220 (about). I thought after the two first that I could keep the pace till the end, but it started to feel really bad... the 1:15-1:20 rests in 5:30 were a bit thin. But there were no chance to modify (finish and start again the training). Somehow we survived. Berci was tough in the last two! 800s between 2:37-2:27.

There was a nice, frozen path during the downhill. It was hard to change the way of the steps to this hard surface with the spikes. I should had to bring a trainig shoe:).
