slightly ill but just all round not feeling good so didnt do much of the session, 1 x 10 min, jogged around to join in with the next 5 min, but was so sniffly i couldnt get a breathing rhythm so stopped after that

a little tour of Edinburgh with alice. felt like we went to so many different places in such a small distance, such a lovely day for it. missed a lil bit out on my watch so estimated. calves seized up really painfully in the night and felt horrendous this morning but were fine after a couple mins running.

decided hill intervals would be a bad idea while im ill but then thought ok why not to an mfd attempt. The weather would be one reason why not. Had to stop for a mini breather and give up from the end of the first little section but actually still had a decent time by the top which is pretty groovy all things considered
