watch stopped early on, so distance a bit of a guess - not run this far in a very long time (and probably shouldn't have - although pain hasn't stuck around too much), so it really took it out of me, and I was really struggling round the last loop.
Nav wise, it wasn't too bad, although fading concentration led to a few minor errors (sorry Ali!).
Got a little time now to sort out my injury, and hopefully start building up some more meaningful training sessions - hills and intervals etc. - which might just about prepare me for the summer!
