Bike out to Pentlands for a run. Gentle paced ride although the hills kept the HR reasonably high. Comfortable.

Run felt very laboured at the start and hard work. Right heel felt about 90% OK but ever so slight discomfort. Had maybe loosed up a little bit by the end. Could probably manage a slight increase in distance next time out but after several days off running.

BP 98 - raised the chest to 5 kg for the first half which was painful and impacted later tracks - poor effort on biceps and shoulders and not great on the lunges

Day 3 of The Crossing. Still going well and felt strong at the end. No bodily issues - even my bottom wasn't in bad shape after the 3 days of riding.

Crossing Day 2 - Felt pretty reasonable at the start of day 2 but bike still making a grinding noise and finally came to a grinding halt and I needed to be picked up and taken to mechanic.

Second Part of Day 2 of the Crossing. After the long repair break this was an easy second half of the day with a lot of road making it pretty quick and easy.
