The Rookie @ 80% - easy day after feeling pretty shredded by the Pump session yesterday - ended up probably a bit harder than wanted but was a good fun session that shouldn't leave me over exerted and still ready for a full on session tomorrow

101 - good session - eased off on squats weigh but otherwise success across the board and a very good lunge effort - I expect the muscles will feel it over the next few days

Primers ERG Mode 100% on KickR - nice easy day session - just enough variation and pressure to make it moderately interesting.

Team Scream on Spin Bike. Not a session that works on a spin bike as too many intensity changes. Just settled into a lazy Level 1 recovery spin - which is fine as legs feeling pretty shredded.

Elliptical 15:00 [1]

As a change from the easy spin bike added 15 mins on xtrainer at easy intensity.

Yoga 25:00 [1]

Easy stretches and yoga poses. Nice relaxed finish.

14 Vice Grips at Gym Group on Spin Bike. Worked well as a session and hit the intensities consistently.

Boby Pump 1:00:00 [4]

BP 101 - back after 2 and a half weeks off for holiday. Feeling pretty good going into it and dropped the squats weight but struggled all the way through with the weight and for energy.
