Hermitage Trail Race - a bit stiff after long pump session on Friday and not wishing to push overly hard. Felt good in the latter parts of the race and unlike Newhailles felt I could have gone quite a bit further. HR on the Garmin playing up - this data isn't really terribly helpful and I wonder if I should just turn off.
