Great effort after long cycle yesterday. Pushed hard all the way.

Next time try to do more of the efforts seated rather than standing.

First day back after 3 days off with a cold. Fairly low level cardio stuff with HR pushed up a couple of times. Went in feeling crap and felt a wee bit better by the end.
