Trail run round Blackford and Braid taking in both summits. Pushing distance out again. Easy paced but very comfortable at the end. Right heel was maybe starting to feel a bit dodgy with the limited structure in the Speedgoats. I expect I'll all be fine afterwards with usual avoidance of impact to feet for the next week.

Easy run round perimeter of Holyrood Park. Legs felt fairly heavy and the hot weather added a challenge. Kept plodding along though for a fairly satisfactory run.
