Round the perimeter of Holyrood Park - lovely Autumn sunshine and feeling pretty good. R Heel gave some pause for thought at the beginning as to whether it was a bit sore - will need to be careful. Enjoyed the run very much and no expectations of further run til next weekend so hopefully will be ok.

Started off rather optimistically on ISLIAGATT hoping it would shake me up as I was feeling pretty tired and lethargic after days of business travel and poor sleep. Started OK but the sprints on the second climb killed me and I didn't have the energy or motivation to battle through. Stopped after 45 and finished with Open 15 at around 100W.
