Forgot my watch. Went to Chesnut Ridge Park for a trail run. It's been a while! It's so beautiful here now that leaves are changing colors and you get to run on a really nice carpet. :)

Yoga/Stretching 30:00 [1]

I forgot to stretch yesterday..So I did more today. My favorite part about running in Chesnut Ridge Park is that after run you can chill and stretch in a nice field on the hill where you can see Buffalo from far away.

There was one small size kid that ran down the hill and then he wanted to go back up but didn't really try to do that. He just dropped down, started crying and saying that he can't do it. There was also another same size kid who kept rolling down and running up the hill again and again. I want to be that second kid. :)

It was too nice outside to go home so I went to comissioners cabin in the same park. I hiked around the lake. This was probably the best thing I have done to myself lately. And the place reminded me of my home.

It was a beautiful day to go orienteering. Or not.. I do feel bad that I didn't go. Just like last time. :) On the other hand, I beat Eric in basketball, so that made me happy. Spend all day at my favorite little park by the river, Wilkeson Pointe, reading school stuff. Good we still have nice weather here.
