big warm up, lots of drills and some strides

First 15mins was an attempt to get back into intervals...didn't go so well, just did 5x2mins not very hard at all then ran back home. Was very hard to try to get myself to do this after so long as well

After something like 6 weeks of no strength I just did the tiniest bit of the very basic stuff to start getting back into it
