easy Magnēts in Riekstukalns. Didn't have time for a warm up so started slowly, or so I thought - cramp attack about 15min in, stopped for a minute to let it pass and carried on. Pretty decent run, apart from one 1.5min mistake.

wow, this did not feel like Riga at all - windy and pouring down + a bit cold. had a classic stomach cramp halfway through so stopped and looked at the rainy scenery for a bit, fine after. I'm a bit of a mess this week as need to sort my life out and recover from the disastrous relay
