Heute mal beim Kettleballtraining geschaut. Ich hatte Verbot von Bjarne für schwere Kettleballs, also immer schön leichte genommen. Aber dann beim Zirkel eben noch Klimmzüge und Stütz am Reck und all sowas gemacht.
