Leirfoss-By loop to keep it flatish after a heavy few days. Heinous weather but nice running and felt strong, even on the climb back home at the end. Good few weeks training now onto the sweet sweet recovery week.

Another day in paradise with Isak and Lars. Stunning terrain but super wet and heavy. Ran the course at tempo, and after a good start lost a bit of concentration on a couple of controls in succession. Got it back through the end, otherwise satisfied technically.

Easy O tekk on a little slice of O heaven with Lars and Isak. Felt pretty rough for the first loop then after a fair few blueberries got into it.
