Red course at J. D. Grant. I'm still feeling a bit sick today, but the rest over the past couple of days is helping and I felt a lot better today. As for the course, it was a pretty good run, if you could call it that. Some parts of it were more of a hill slog... :) I got KO-ed by uneven ground when running out of the first control, and made one small mistake because of map confusion, but other than that it was a pretty clean race. It was brutal though, especially when I contoured too low on one control and ended up looking at the bag which was about 10+ contours above me...
